My saw palmetto ended today. I took a CVS brand but tomorrow I am buying the Spring Valley brand at Walmart. It will probably last another month or two. Then if I don't grow another inch or two, I will quit.

I use the liquid so it works for me. Now I have to use more then two drops lol the bottle says like 54 drops or something. So i put like 60. Been using it for three months and it works. I don't measure my thighs and all that stuff but that with maca, aguaje, vitex and dong quai and I'm 5'7" 155 in three months from 125 took an assload of eating n staying on the weights. I take all my herbs twice a day morning and at night that's what I learned from babygurl2012 it absorbs Better in ur body that way and thats when ur body grows the most. Give it about a good three months to get ur body adjusted and to work if u wanna see the results. I tried the extract it was called natures answer.. i used it for a month (2 drops daily) didn't see anything so i stopped using it.

@Twisted, how many inches did you get with Natures Way?

I am taking a herbal sp; 12 pills a day x 450mg, like l00vely101 used to do.
I have been taking it for a month and 12 days and so far I gained one inch on thighs and breasts. But since I am doing the volufiline combo, maybe it was that that gave me the extra inch on my breasts.
Once this ends I will get some sp extract because I feel that this herbal one is too slow.

I am trying to gain weight at the same time that I am taking this, but if I gain growth on thighs I will know that it was the saw palmetto. Oh and I am dry brushing to avoid cellulite.

I am going to buy saw palmetto..not sure which brand though, but Lo0vely101 mentioned on page 60 that she took the Spring Valley 450mg and her thighs grew 2 inches in about 2-3 weeks and her boobs looked bigger too.

But I am taking pueraria mirifica - would it be bad to mix both?

Ive also read about pm and bought a bottle. I took it for a few days (probably 4 days or so) but stopped after that. You are supposed to take it 15 days after your period and then stop again for ovulation, if you dont do this then you will get irregular periods. I bought mines from amazon natures answer brand. I decided to stop taking it because of the whole stoping for ovulation thing i really didnt get. I decided to switch to sp instead. SP also works for boob growth and im hoping it does with me. Im not sure if i will finish that pm bottle in the future, still indecisive. Probably  not but im not sure.

I have stopped maca also. I took the natures way brand from gnc.com t worked great! it helped me gain some weight too, which i needed. The cons where it bloated my belly and gave me gas. Ive tooken fenugreek. I didnt finish the bottle, but took it for about three to four weeks. It made my boobs fuller, but they went back down (guess it was swelling?) once i stopped taking it :( Hoping it wont be the same with the sp if i get boob growth with it.
