The only problem I had with what he said was the assumption of welfare. So ignorant. But yes, being obese does cost others. I remember reading an article in Forbes when obese ppl surpassed smokers as the Highest amt spenT in healthcare. They said it was mainly a problem bc they lived longer than cig smokers. That's what happened to a friend of mine...She had to run for her life, and she couldn't. It was a false alarm but she said imagine it wasn't. She said it wouldn't have sit right with her ever if she got hurt terribly because she was too fat to run. She's lost 130 lbs since.
