Ok thanks. I just dry brushe and put some oil on and washed it off some minutes later and I measured before and I was at 39. I felt my booty plumping from just dry brushing but I measured after the rinse of and I am at 40. Walmart carries one than one brand of fish oil. The spring valley one is better that's what I use. They also have nature's origin I cause is the cheap one. HTH

I have some of the Walmart two pack sitting around from when I was gonna try this and have been itching to try it but I want to get the best. Oh you won't lose any booty fat. It creates heat and helps the oil penetrate the skin.


Or you can apply fish oil after you get out of the shower or but a hot towel on your booty. Heat opens up your pores.

I started fish oil not too long ago and so far i like it. I dont have a problem with the smell or it staining. I just mix it with my oils that i use for my skin.

How does the saran wrap work? I'm scared to try it cuz ppl use it on their tummy to cause sweating and lose water weight but I dont want to lose any of my booty fat lol

I used 2 fish oil per cheek yesterday and it did not stain the shirt under my butt or my bed. I guess my skin absorbs it really well?! I still had to wash my behind though, because there was some oil there.

I don't know exactly what is a saran wrap but when I looked up it looked just like that plastic we use at the kitchen to wrap food and that's the one I'm using. Is it ok?

I started yesterday and I had no problems with bed stain or sleeping with a plastic wrap aroud my butt 
The skin on my butt absorbed the fish oil pretty well, but I only used one fish oil per cheek because I forgot I planned to use 2 pills!
The smell was yucky but I don't smell anything now.

my idea was to use 4 pills because most people use 2 pills twice a day.
but Twisted_Angel told me she only did it once a day with 2 pills, so I'll follow that.
