Check out this website that I was reading on zi xiu tang, its a list of unauthorized sellers(meaning fake products) and Nina detox is one them. So that means she's not selling the real deal!!!!

I've been meaning to put something here. I bought Nina's starter kit and I'm currently on Day 4 of ND2. I DEFINITELY haven't experienced any appetite suppression and I honestly can't tell if it's even working. I go to the gym at least 5 days a week and have been losing sum weight, but I don't think any of this can be contributed to these pills. I'm not going to outright say these pills don't work, I'm going to wait until I finish ND3 to give my full opinion.

Also, the first day I took ND2 I thought I was going to faint at one point and I had a major headache, You REALLY need to make sure you drink water all day long with these.

I bought these 2 months ago and it was a big waste of money. I bought from nina detox bee pollen (the original zxt) a couple of years ago.which helped me lose 10 and start my exercise journey. I bought these as a stepping stone to spearhead my journey again and it was a major disappointment. I lost absolutely no weight, no appetite suppression, no energy....nothing. Small update. I weighed in this morning and all 5 of my lbs that I lost found me. I'm frustrated. Sorry ladies I was going to wait to give u an update but I'll give u a brief one. At first I wasn't a fan of the nd2 because I didn't think it was as strong as the nd1 however a few days into it my appetite is completely shot. To be honest I eat like 1 meal a day that's not even healthy. Yesterday I went to Bahama Breeze and got the coconut shrimp. 30 minutes later I was in the bathroom. I got on the scale just for you guys this morning and total weightloss is 5lbs! So i just weighed in and as of 1 week of being on the ND1 I have lost 2.5 lbs. I'm super excited!! I haven
t exercised so I know if I did I would have lost more. Plus the few times I did eat I didn't choose the best options. Last night I made curry shrimp and rice which wasn't too bad but the night before last I made hot wings. But I'm on ND2 today so we shall see what these will do. These are supposed to be more powerful. I'll update throughout the day to let everyone know of any side effects.

Yes I'm trying to get in more water. I've cut out all sodas and juices. I haven't started exercising yet because I have little time with the little one, going to school, and work. So I've been trying to find out info about this product and haven't really had much luck. Her website and facebook page are confusing. I follow her on IG and saw pics and I got interested again. Currently Im 180 lbs. My son is almost 4 months old so Im ready to get my body back, plus I'm going to Jamaica in July. Pre-pregnancy I was about 165 which I was ok with but ultimately I want to be 140-145. I'm 5'2".
 
So I brought the sample pack last Monday and got it on Thursday and started Friday. The pills have been great! I have no appeitite at all. There are very similar to phentermine. My only real side effect is dry mouth. I literally don't eat unless I think about it but they say its best to eat while on these pills so I'm adding herbalife with it. So I do herbalife for breakfast and lunch and eat a regular dinner. I'm not consistent with the herbalife so I have gone my entire work day without eating.
 
ND1 is finish so I'll weigh in tomorrow and let you guys know my weightloss. I start ND2 tomorrow. Wish me luck!
