I take the ainterol brand, 500mg 2x a day, 15 days before my period starts.
I don't think it is the pueraria though, because I have been taking for 2 months and only in April I saw a difference. Laquintak it's possible u may have been taking too much for your body. Some ppl or need 1 pill a day or something weaker.

This summer I was planning on switching to PM. Oh wow. Hope BO works for you. When you say firmer do you mean fuller but not growth? I'm not looking for growth I need to full them, they feel too smashy. Emily I'm so inspired by your story and results (and many others as well). I finally decided to try some of your techniques! I used to have nice boobs, but two consecutive pregnancies ended that real fast. I just want to get some of that back, and maybe a little extra. Well, I'm getting blood tests done on Thrusday, so I had to stop all my supplements yesterday (sadface). I hope this doesn't interrupt my cycle too much. :/ I was going to wait until my cleanse to get the tests done, but...I simply can't wait any longer.

I should be getting my thyroid supplement in the mail this week, so Thursday night after I get my blood drawn I'm gonna try it out! Hopefully this will make the difference for me. My growth has basically been stalled for months now (it's been so slight you can't tell just by looking at them). I want at least a little more volume when it comes time to go to the beach!

Spring seems to be the time when women usually start to grow better, so hopefully this change of season will be good for everyone's NBE!

I am taking saw palmetto and will be taking pueraria during my lutheal phase. I know Midna said it works best during period but it didn't with me.

Ive been taking saw palmetto, fennel (tried switching it with hops for a month but saw little growth), and fenugreek for 3 months and am now doing a clense. So far I have grown about 1.25 inches:) im guessing i went up a cup size since my current bras barely fit. I'm going to focus this month on cleansing my body and shrinking my waist. I'm going to keep using the yeast and wheat germ mixture to keep my boobs pump and maybe try to grow a litte bit. Also, I used more PC last month, and that seemed to help a lot more. Last time I was looking I got confused bc the ones i was seeing on ebay were like with hand pumpsShift+R improves the quality of this image. Shift+A improves the quality of all images on this page. Are u supposed to do the pumping with your hand at first and then once the suction catches you let go?? Someone on one of those breast enhancement boards was describing this and i just got really discouraged bc it seemed tiring and complicated and i didnt want to waste my money n not b able to even operate the damn thing? Saw Palmetto is NOT an estrogenic herb in any way. It is an anti-androgen. Therefore, you can take it all month long without it interfering with your PM. You can also take maca and progesterone with PM as well. Although honestly if you don't know enough about an herb (which is what it sounds like), don't take it until you do more research.

I took one pill the first day, two for the next five days, and then one on the last day. If this doesn't prevent my period from coming, I may be able to take it for two full weeks next month. Also, I used more PC last month, and that seemed to help a lot more. Now that I'm taking a stronger estrogenic herb, I'm not experiencing symptoms of excess progesterone anymore (which is good, because I need progesterone).

I ran out of SP and can't afford more right now. :(:(:( So I hope that doesn't affect my progress too much (I'm afraid that's why my skin's been drying out more again and I've been breaking out in acne more).
