My Supervisor told me to a piece of garlic and rub it on my nail to make them grow.

In addition to that I've also read about cutting up a piece of garlic and putting it in a clear nail polish and it will function as a nail hardener and growth aid.

Keep it simple! I agree with the nightly nail and cuticle massages. Avoid acyrilics or nail extensions since they weaken and damage your natural nails. 4 month comparison of my nails







all i did was take bioton(5000mcgs),kept them moisturized numerous times daily and kept them polished(using a strengthener first)

I found this lady on YouTube maybe you can go to her videos and find some tips," Love4Nails". Also, here are a couple of blog pages - "LoodieLoodieLoodie blog". Another blog" Formeitworks". I have found so much information from them all each one something different and yet they all say to Moisturize often throughout the day like 3x or more with an oil and a butter to seal. When doing your manicure to soak in an oil for 5 minutes or use 1 cup White distilled vinegar with 1 Clove garlic. This solution should sit for 7 days before your first use, then use it for 5 minutes. Sometimes I just use a garlic just like the info Pharmtx received. Hope this helps. Definitely stimulate the nail bed at least once a day with either a smooth buffer or using your fingertips to massage them. Also a drop of oil under the nail & around the cuticles. This has always worked for me to strengthen my nails which causes them to grow long & strong.

Biotin and gelatin. You can buy biotin at vitamin stores, and you can buy gelatin at grocery stores and vitamin stores. You could also just eat Jello, but if you aren't big on sugar, you could probably just use natural homemade beef stock.

Biotin makes your hair and nails grow quickly and healthily, and gelatin is the building blocks for hair and nails.
