Im sure this is the case for me b/c obv im strictly training my lower body while trying to get back into splits. Im making very very sloooooow progress but its not measuring up to the amount of time im putting into stretching. Basically, WT contracts a muscle and shortens it, while stretching lengthens the muscle and ligaments. Soooooooooo im just going to put off getting back into the shplitz! <br /><br /><br />My bf's friend is storing his Smith Machine, barbell, bench and like 300 lbs in weights in my garage for 2 months. Yaaaaaaaaaaaay. I squatted 90 lbs yesterday on the smith machine but the positioning is awkward and according to alot of websites its not ideal for squats. I may try front squats unless my man will help spot me :-) i could only hope lol!]]>

Do something about it now! Stop a craving/ binge&nbsp;by eating a really spicy pepper followed by a bunch of water. If it's late and you havent&nbsp;exercised all day, do a relaxing yoga workout</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>If you are to lazy to do anything, at least keep your tummy sucked in with stomach vacuums, if you can do them all day while sitting at the computer/ work/ school it'll improve your posture and really make your tummy flat.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div>]]>

There's no rules, this challenge is open all month until 1-1-2013. <font color="#990066"><em>Doesnt have to be a huge accomplishment, just a tiny thing you can change about yourself/ lifestyle everyday that will add up to a big difference in a month</em></font>. Imagine if you cut out soda, your favorite candy bar, alcohol, cigarettes, etc for a month, or at least made an effort to!&nbsp;You can do something small like&nbsp;10 situps during every commercial break or 25 squats&nbsp;2x a day before you brush your teeth.&nbsp;By the time those holiday parties come around youll be lookin hot and feeling a lot more confident.<div>&nbsp;</div><div>Anyway I Hope you ladies have some input, be creative, dont get bogged down thinking about some BIG CHANGE you have to make. Start small, so you'll be ready to go hard in the new&nbsp;year <img src="http://Forum.BlackHairMedia.com/smileys/smiley27.gif" border="0" alt="Heart" title="Heart" /></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Examples:</div><div>-stop biting nails</div><div>-cut out one junk food item</div><div>-cut down on one serving of junk food a day</div><div>-make sure to get 8-10 glasses of water everyday</div><div>-stretch more</div><div>-do a consistent booty/leg workout 3x a week all month</div><div>-take your pills/ apply cream on time everyday an hour before eating (for maximum absorption)</div><div>-teach yourself a new kind of workout</div><div>-make an inspiration board and write positive things on it often</div><div>-get off the computer, phone, any elctronics for an hour and workout</div><div>-work on hair growth</div><div>-find a lil 10-15 minute workout on tumblr and do it everyday while watching a TV show you love and can zone out to&nbsp;so you wont pay attention to being uncomfortable from exercising</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Babygurl2012 - Nov&nbsp;28&nbsp;2012 at 10:46pm</span>]]>
