Cuz i keep reading how your muscle can get use to an exercise and eventually you will lose your progress unless you up weights, but I can't, do I add more reps/sets? TIA<br>]]>

If I run a little bit, my knee hurts. <br>I don't think I damaged my knee but it's no fun to feel this little pain here and there.<br><br>Squat correctly!<br>]]>
