(If I understand the question, you are asking if there are certain behaviors/levels of intimacy one should have with their husband that they wouldn't have with any other man in casual/temporary relationship. Correct me if I'm mistaken.)

I think when the sh*t hits the fan, wives are expected to put in a little more effort to make it work. I think it's the whole legal contract and swearing before God thing.
It perplexes me to no end when I see a "what should she do" type scenario on here full of fucckery and the couple isn't even married. Ain't nobody got time for that.
