If so what have been your results.  I currently use black teak in my daily spritz but bamboo has no caffein & high content of silica.]]>

After doing some research, I've come up with a list of herbs that (when combined) may be the tea equivalent of hair, skin, and nails/multi-vitamin...<br><br></font><ul><li><font size="3">Horsetail</font></li><li><font size="3">Burdock</font></li><li><font size="3">Ginger root</font></li><li><font size="3">Chamomile</font></li><li><font size="3">Oat Straw</font></li><li><font size="3">Lemon balm</font></li><li><font size="3">Nettle</font></li></ul><font size="3"><br><br>I've been combining these herbs and drinking this tea for the past week. I've noticed that my eyebrows have grown quite a bit, and my skin looks clearer.
