Its touted as a BB cream for the hair. Its a styling product for preparing to using heat. But, I use it as a moisturizer for flatironed hair.

I sectioned my hair into 4 ponytails. I used about 2 pumps for each section. Its a water based product. It has a silky smooth lubricant feel to it. I combed the product through each section and then bunned each pony. Lastly, I scarfed Cleo. Now, let me say this- my hair did feel weighed down. But, that's, what I was looking for since my hair had reverted and I didn't want to flatiron again..

This am I took the buns down and was greeted with shiny, bouncy, moisturized, no frizz hair! Plus, it smells soooo good!

    Author: Midna
Subject: 278442
Posted: Apr 16 2013 at 7:13pm

Also I am taking my hair down after months of being in a protective style and I bought a new brush to prepare for the massive amounts of shed hair. I wasn't interested in a comb but wanted a paddle brush or something of that nature to really help separate and detangle my hair while removing shed hair.

A brush that could provide me the effect of a Tangle Teezer without shredding my ends like the TT did. Something that could remove my shed hair without pulling my intact hair like the Denman did.

Didn't want to spend too much so I went to Wal-mart and looked at the selection of combs and brushes. After considering throughly, I decided to buy the Goody Thickfix brush designed for curly and thick hair! Seemed average, but anything designed for my kind of volume deserved a chance!

So down come some of my braids, some areas matted and in desperate need of oils and finger detangling! After I give those areas some tlc, I ran the brush through those parts of my hair and oh my! it doesn't hurt! In fact it's detangling quite well and I can feel the shed hair dispersing from my intact hair! I look at the brush and WHOA.

Thing is COVERED in shed hair. It did all that without causing any clumps or worsening tangles? Amazing. The rest of my detangling session went well thanks to the brush. The only trouble was my by own hand with the matting of parts of my hair but oils, light moisture, finger detangling, and this wonderful brush solved all of that!

*Throws away receipt* It's a keeper~

More oily than and light than Qhemet but still very softening and the smell is lovely! Almost perfumey but not in an obnoxious way. It's pricey; costs $22 in stores but I got it on Amazon for $15. Woo!

Still going to buy some Qhemet and I will be rotating these two lovely butters. And can I just say the nourish and shine is wonderful on skin too! So softening, you'll feel luxurious wherever you put this stuff.
