Apparently, gummybears are a sort of memory-gel implant that is more solid than the traditional cohesive silicone gel.

The incision is larger. Not huge but larger nonetheless.

Also, you are limited in terms of incision placement. Cohesive Gel implants are traditionally inserted into an incision located at the breast crease. Lots of doctors will insert them through the nipple... this technique is often used when the patient is also undergoing a breast lift and the nipple is going to be operated on anyway.  I found a handfull of doctors in the USA that will implant cohesive gels through the arm-pit.... and that is assuming that the implants aren't too large.

Forget Trans Umbilical Breast Augmentation (through the belly button). That's the realm of unfilled saline implants only!

I'm interested in this type of implant but it has not yet been approved by the FDA in the US outside of research centers. Also, only 15-20% of women are candidates for them. May just have to go to Europe to get them. The latest, is called the Allergan Style 410.

then she explained, they r new & the best  top of the line, blah blah

 I read the new beauty(?) magazine & they said the same thing.
Remember they r still studying these implants.  Dr.s get paid when u get them.that's why the other dr said she was fine w/o a mammogram, x-ray, ultra sound. 
The vegas Dr saw the leakage immediately. & made her the offer. he is surprised also.
 Its not totally flat but it has re positioned itself. if u stare at it
 the gummy is in a silicon bag.... silicon will break down after so many yrs.
you have to replace them also..

Are you sure they were gummies? They are not suppose to leak or ooze. They hold their shape within the capsule. Well I guess technology has improved since she first had them done.

 one was normal & one headed south 
   they will leak or oooze... she has fluid around the implant

she had tests done today. at their expense.
after she reported the jersey Dr.
he told  her she was fine. weeks ago. 
I'm scared for her. I will go to vegas & be w her.
 when she replace them or whatever she decide....

I got the cohesive gels 5 years ago. They will need to be replaced now because ive had twins and they grew Ma hooo sive then dropped so ai will be needing an uplift as well. But I will definately get them again. Very natural feeling. Havent lost sensations in nipples or anything like that. Gummies can rupture but does not leak like saline and silicone implants. They are firm and hold their shape. Some patients for years are unaware that their implants has ruptured until it is taken out. They might experience capsular contraction as an indication of a rupture, but there is no obvious change it shape.
