I'm up 5 pounds since the last week of January so that's 160 still 45.5" hopefully get 46 don't wanna be any bigger. I'm 5’7" def don't wanna be more than 165. I have been concentrating on just getting in the workouts and not worrying about some of the details. I also have been making sure to drink my water and to cook more healthy. I know it will move.
