I officially HATE DHL..I placed 2 orders. 1 last saturday with UPS and got my hair wednesday. I only used DHL once and it was okay, I had family home to take the package bc of what I've heard. I have used UPS countless times when shopping in general and they are trustworthy, fast, and deliver on the doorstep if home or not. I prefer UPS because my UPS guy delivers at a consistent time. DHL doesn't have a set time because their route changes almost daily, at least that is what they told me. I usually use both. DHL i leave a note for them to leave the package when I know i will not be home the day of delivery. UPS usually leaves it on the doorstep. When I odered from Ali, the vendor gave me their email address to send the payment through paypal.

I like both because they give you up to the minute updates on your packages. IMO either one is a good choice.
