Anywho,

Has anyone here done Colonic Hydrotherapy aka Colonic Irrigation aka Colon Cleanse? Not the one where you take pill, but the one where they put water in your butt to clean out your colon.

If yes:
What was your experience like?
Do you have more energy?
Do you feel like your body is absorbing more nutrients? If yes, how can you tell?
Did it aid in weight loss?
Would you recommend it?
Would you do it again?
