Thankyou i still gain in my tummy a bit. i gained a lil since that pic. but i went to the emergency room today and bumped into my brothers wife and she said i look good and that im filling in my hips and butt. i was like wow she wasnt the first one to say that im so surprised. it must be true but then again its not enough for me and i dont see what they see. its like in the mirror i see sumone who needs more hips and butt at least make it stick out more and a lil more hips im not asking for 10 inch growth geez lol!!!! herbs i used to take maca but i cant anymore i dont want to risk. i took a plan b pill a year ago and had horrible heart palps and dizziness and horrible stuff happened i went to the er allot i thought i was having heart attacks. i dont wanna take an herb that may make my hormones worse. i have panic attacks at the drop of a hat. before i took that plan b birth control i was fine. after i took that i still havnt been the same. i get shortness of breath everytime i walk. i made a doc apt today. its tuesday. the reason why i didnt go to the doctor sooner is because i had no insurance my mom finally decided to put me under hers. i cant do anything without feeling like imma pass out. so i have to chill out on exercises and herbs until i find a solution to my problem. as far as fish oil i tried that before and i didnt see any results i dont know if its because i didnt use it long enough or not but i seen no improvement. 4 inches wow how long did you use it for and volufiline? wow really? for how long? and was it cream or pills?
