I would say you really need to see a doctor. I've been dealing with anxiety since my teens.. and off and on medication for it. There are a lot of natural methods you can also use.. Do a little research. I used to take a supplement called True Calm (it can be found on Amazon) and it helped when I wasn't on medication.</div>]]>

I stay away from coffee and any other beverage or treat that is high in caffeine, i try to make sure i get adequate sleep and stay away from stressful situations as much as possible. I also like valerian root extract ( its used to make&nbsp;Valium!). hope u feel better&nbsp;]]>
