My Vegas trip was a huge success. Minus forgetting my squeem and my eyeshadow palettes, that is. My body was giving me all kinds of life the first two days. Got a lil constipated day 3 and bloated by day 5, but still I worked it as best as I could! Waistline at a 29, gained some weight, cus the hotel scale said sumthin like 155 lbs (I'm cool with weight gain as long as my fat distribution remains proper), i learned a valuable lesson about eating before, during and after a vacation and I was suckin and f*ckin like a champ the whole time. SO said the chick in the video link posted at the beginning musta been a hooker the way she was "goin in" and opted for my super slow super suck instead during our ever so intimate f*ckfest. Sexy..lol..I'ma definitely need some liquid courage before and during the flight. I'm hoping to fall asleep, but I'm unsure if my nerves will allow that. Someone offered me some Xanax, but I dont take pills and I dont want to have a bad reaction and start freaking out. Thanx for the kind words tho, slow and steady breaths..I'll keep that in mind cus' its very likely I'll be hyperventilating at the gate..lol
We're not having sex because:
We've been together since junior high..13 years and having sex quite often for 12. I like to try new ways to keep things interesting.
Absence makes the heart grow fonder; I know when we haven't "done it" in a few days, when I finally get some the sex is amazing so i can only imagine how it will be after 2 weeks. Like I said all I'll need is a few pumps the first time and I know SO is bout ready to pop.
I'm kinda like a stone cold freak..except when I'm bored..So we do what we can to make sure everybody is happy and having a good time. I guess thats part of the reason our relationship has lasted this long. Make sense?

Brief Update:
I hadn't mentioned any sex stuff, So.....
The SO and I decided to abstain from "intercourse" these last 2 weeks. Boy oh f*cking boy! Lordess..Thanks for the support! I haven't been going as hard as i initially intended, but I have no complaints with the outcome of minimal effort! I agree that how a person carries themselves does reflect the type of attention they receive. I'm from Philly! My demeanor is often less than inviting (only sometime it's unintentional) so people dont play with me like that
I workout at PlanetFitness 3 days a week Mon, Wed, Fri. I'll get the names of the machines tomorrow, but basically I run on the eliptical for about 30 mins or a mile starting with minimal resistance, increasing to medium/high resistance after the 1st quartermile. I maintain medium/high for the 2nd and 3rd quarter and reduce back to minimal for the last one. Next I do 100 reps in each direction on the ab twist machine at 50 lbs, this is my favorite part because I can feel the burn. I then do the donkey kick machine with 50lbs for the first 50 each leg and then 75 lbs for 50 reps each leg. Finally, i do the thigh adduction and abduction machines, one squeezes together, one pushes out I do 100 reps of each at 75 lbs. Usually takes me an hour to do everything. I drink one of the Special KProtein Shakes and a bottled water after my workouts also! Chocolate and Strawberry are Delish! Forgive me for my bootleg machine names, I'll make sure I check and update
My current measurements are 36D-29-41.5, sometimes that 29 is a 28, sometimes its a 30 but I'd like a 26 and I'd love a 24. I'm 5'3" and I weigh between 140 and 150. Ended up ordering the purple skirt in a size 2 based on the reviews stating that its runs pretty big and to get one or two sizes smaller, I would normally get a 6 for the waist or an 8 for the wag..plus i intend to wear it highwaist with a large belt. They also said it runs long, Im 5'3, so I'll get it tailored once i choose my shoes. I found a Double Slit Maxi similar to the one Rosa Acosta was rockin in that pic at Urban Outfitter. I'm ready to order right now, but am seriously debating on which color. Purple, Olive Green or Light Grey. My skin tone agrees with all 3 shades. I forgot the meal plans but between that the squeem and 3 days a week at the gym, something is working because my thighs and butt can hardly fit into my scrubs anymore. I was reading what i wrote before, I really need to write ish down before posting. The primary meat in my diet is baked Chicken. I do not eat Fried food. I throw some type of fish; typically Talapia or Salmon in every 2 to 3 days because chicken gets irksome after alot of repitition and I eat a lean cut of Steak maybe twice a month. Steak is the only red meat in my diet and The only Pork I consume is the occasional slice of bacon. For some reason, I just CANT give up Pork bacon even though i truely believe eating pig is similar to eating SH*T. Its just that no other form of bacon (turkey,beef,soy) can compare.
I could post some new body pics but there's not really a noticeable difference. I'm thinking about ordering some weights from Amazon so I can weight train the other 2 weekdays at home. I went over to the weight section at the gym and felt completely awkward in the middle of these husky, stankin, sweaty dudes..So unattractive and I was not about to be bending over, grunting and whatnot around these clowns.
