Basically the 90 day goal is a challange where you create a goal, and you work very hard towards it for 90 days. The only requirement is that your goal be SMART. That is:Specific – target a specific area for improvement.
Measurable – quantify or at least suggest an indicator of progress.
Assignable – specify who will do it.
Realistic – state what results can realistically be achieved, given available resources.
Time-related – specify when the result(s) can be achieved.
You set a goal in the beginning, and then you set daily goals (to achieve your big) as you go along.

I cannot believe I never saw this thread! I am in! So if I start today, this goal should end by August 30th.
My body goals are to lose 4" off my waist, so it will improve my body look, and to gain 3" on my butt. For that I will do twisties daily, gain weight and work out at least 2x a week.
I want longer hair, so I will get back to using this MABH oil and do some head massage to stimulate growth, 2x a week.
I want more $$$$$$ because I need to pay my sister back and I want to help my family (we are not doing well financially). I don't have an specific method for that yet, but I will figure one out by researching some things I have in mind, working on my dream career, meditating so I'll calm my mind and be more focused, and seek jobs, etc.
I want to achieve my body goals by late July - the latest.
Hair goal would be nice to achieve this month, since I want waist length hair for Summer

Money goals.... I would like to pay my sister back this month and progress to help out my family before the end of those 90 days.
