So I got this idea from another forum. Basically the 90 day goal is a challange where you create a goal, and ou work very hard towards it for 90 days. These goals could be weight loss, running distance, acne clear up, find a job, meditating, anything! The only requirement is that your goal be SMART. That is:
Specific – target a specific area for improvement.
Measurable – quantify or at least suggest an indicator of progress.
Assignable – specify who will do it.
Realistic – state what results can realistically be achieved, given available resources.
Time-related – specify when the result(s) can be achieved.

You set a goal in the beginning, and then you set daily goals (to achieve your big) as you go along. Example, lets say my goal is to lose 20 lbs.. I would post every day saying aomething like "Day 45: 13lbs down to day I will eat such and such and do a bodyweight workout." The good thing about it is you can work with others and be held accountable, while still having goals that are specific to you.

So anyway, I thought it would be a fun thing to do here. Who's in?

I'm in. I'm trying to work in a specific field and I really should be looking harder. I have some great prospects but nothing solid as of yet.

My 90-day goal

I will like to lose 15-20 lbs.

I cannot be more specific because I will like to see what a 15 lb loss will look like on me. Don't want to appear too thin.

Cool guys! remember to be specific, how will you go about completing your goal?

My 90 days goal will be to lose 20-30 lbs. (I know 30 is  abit ambitious for such a short time)
I will do this by calorie couning on MFP, running, and body weight training.

i do need to work on my weightloss..
first i need to get my mind right so that i can actually do it
keep track of what im eating to see where im going wrong
Cryi dont wanna be shaped like a shampoo bottle anymore

Ooops.

My weight loss will be by way of LCHF (Low Carb High Fat).
I have been doing it for 2-weeks without progress.    As a matter of fact I have gained a few lbs.    However, I am determined to get the hang of it.   I have not, now will I cheat.

Pounds be GONE !!!

One of the doctors on the show "the doctors" recently indicated that you can safely lose 30-60 pounds in 3 months...he apparently has a book out. Check it out.
