Im from the Uk and I think think is def a YT Guru trend , they are usually promoting a hair company and get there hair for free ...ughh not a good look.

Yes this is not a typical UK look so please don't tar us all with the same brush. In fact I am rock a short bumo weave style now in protest of all these lion's mane weaves.

Very true. Seems like alot of these youtubers feel that because they got 6 bundles of free hair that they have to put ALL six bundles on top of their head PLUS a big ass closure added to the front.

The youtuber Edee Beau reguarly has around that much hair, and it always looks good (in my opinion anyway). I wouldn't personally be able to handle that much hair on my neck, but some people can pull it off and it does look good/natural.
This isn't her, but she did the weave for the girl

This hair is 'entertainer' hair - I've only seen a few installs but they look like they are done well. Each to their own. We can't all be the same.
