If so you were a gifted child (and I don't doubt that) however most six year olds depend on their parents for guidance.

His parents are planning his life? Confused I didn't get that from that story.

When I was six, I knew that I liked girls. I knew I wasn't straight at all. Kids aren't as ignorant as you think they are. They have feelings and they understand what's going on around them.

If the child is gay that doesn't give the family the right to expose the other children to this lifestyle.
Many parents would like to have a choice of when they will discuss sex and sexuality with their children and at six, I surely didn't want to be forced into explaining such things to my child.

There are boundaries even for gay children.

Definitely not a great decision at this age. Children should identify themselves; not the parents. The parents are forcing him to think he's gay, because more than likely, kids at that age aren't really into the opposite (or same) sex. They're still innocent and still think innocently. It's so sad.

My life is weird. At 5-7 I was touching and experimenting on my older sister's friends (females)

I was too sexual at that age. I did things that little kids aren't supposed to do.
