Broccoli, carrots, biotin, omega 3, flaxseed, oats, there are lots of good food.

For me these five works the best for me: Oysters, salmon fish, almonds, walnuts and ginger.

It looks like I need to start eating more carrots. But the main thing that works for me is taking biotin and drinking lots of water.
