YAAAAYYYY BABYGURL! SO happy for you! Congrats. :) My back is still sore :( (thank you for asking) :). I have been researching and watching videos like crazy, educating myself to trying and heal. I am staying true to no squats, deadlifts, or lunges and it is KILLING me! I will attempt to resume on Dec 6th. I have been doing weighted glute bridges (among other things) until failure. No new growth yet. I did buy 24lbs of protein powder today on GNC's cyber monday sale. It was only like $45 for a 12lb bag (WHICH IS CRAZY CHEAP TO THOSE OF US WHO SPEND A FORTUNE ON PROTEIN POWDER) of Optimum Nutrition Mass Gainer...So I bought 2 bags.Im pretty pumped about it. :) I was looking in the mirror at my butt, and I really have work to do....I will just not be satisfied until I am at 45''. I have decided to return the physio burn and skip the whole loosing waist inches goal. I am almost at 29'' and I am happy with that for now. I need to GAIN to grow this booty. I will continue CLA. On another good note, Hubby said he would buy me a NB for xmas.....and I am on my second hook on my squeem, size small. Body transformations take FOREVER! (remaining patient) Good luck ladies and

GIRRRL BYE! GNC is a place you go in just to OOH & AHH & ask questions! Then you take yo' ass right on to Vitacost.com & buy what you need They hate me up at my GNC store bc I surely take my merry time & ask 100 different questions & will say TOODLES BOO an hour later! I got the same 12 pounder (Serious Mass right?) for 39 dollas! Its normally $45 at Vitacost! I also bought there whey protein for $35 (normally 52) for Cyber Monday. Hell Na!! GNC can kiss my ass! They be selling protein powders up in there for a HUNDRED DOLLAS! SH8T that only lasts me a MONTH!

Talbott!!!!! Girl that recommendation for weight-training supps helped me so much (and is the main reason my lil .5" gain has stayed!), im just starting with creatine for now but even that gave my workout such a huge boost and made it a lot easier to get through! THANK YOU so MUCH!!!Glad to hear you got some stuff on sale :-) Buying stuff in bulk like that helps your routine soooooo much b/c your body is getting the same stuff consistenly. Yaaaay im excited for you! (It may be worth a shot to check out bulk protein at organic-type stores online, but i know you are probably looking for quality its good to have a cheapy option if you are a lil broke at the end of the month. Or is that just me? )And good luck with your back :( hmmmmmm have you tried the lotion for sore muscles that gets all hot and then icy feeling? CONGRATS on your other body-type accomplishments toooooo!!!!!!!! (its worth all this hardwork and time when everything starts coming together yaaaay!) How was the convo with hubby explaining the noogleberry? And grab some coconut oil if you see it on sale, its the best mosturizer ive used for it, and a little spoonful lasts for many hours of noogling. Pick up the Large domes if you are a large A or small/large B and have a band size that is bigger than like 28.(and buy the foam rings also, or a yoga mat to make foam cushions) The Larges will take a looooooong ass time to fill in but the next size up is REALLY fricken big. The mediums are only like 2-3 cm smaller than Large. Soooo research carefully, but unless you are literally flat chested/ really small ribcage buy the Large because you may outgrow the mediums in a couple weeks (from personal experience) /angry rant

Your
welcome Babygurl! I am happy I could help. You are always so helpful to
everyone, I am glad to return the favor.
Back
Is better. I started doing squats again (I couldn’t wait) and no pain. I truly
believe that I have found what I did to my back…Smith machine lunges with TOO WIDE OF A STANCE. I would do
my lunges on the smith machine with perfect lunge form and I wouldn’t feel
anything in my glutes, only my quads. SO I modified my stance making it much
wider, this made my ass burn and I loved it. Even one of the trainers that I
frequently talk with told me it was a terrible idea. I didn’t listen and I was
using this stance lifting 145lbs and doing like 5-6 sets of 12. Really bad
idea. I then compounded the problem by adding back extensions, which are great
and I love, but it was too much for my lower back to take.
Since
cutting those out, I have been much better and I am slowly getting back to my
165lb squats. I only worked up to 145lbs today to take it easy. Also, that same
trainer did some stretching with me to try and help identify what the problem
might be, and all the things he did didn’t hurt, so things are healing up.
Thank you for the NB tips! I will definitely be
doing some further research. I told hubby about it earlier this year and showed
him some B&As on the NB site forum. He was skeptical and didn’t really
think I needed it but ultimately he just said he wanted me to do whatever made
me happy. Long story short, we have a 5-yr-old and I breast fed so my boobs are
currently a 38c cup but they are just not full anymore. He knows that I made that
sacrifice for our son and he is very supportive. I told him I wanted a new bikini next summer
and I needed the boobs to match. I don’t even want to go much bigger, I just
want to round them out and add some more cleavage. I will probably order the
XL. Do you think it will be too big? And you’re supposed to noogle 2hours a
day?
And what do you mean “not cool like you chicks”? The
gymnast? SOrry that was so long...

lol i meant not cool like you and wants2learn with your expensive ass protein powders 145lb squat is so good, way to go :) im really jealous! how long did it take you to build up to that? And im really glad to hear you are doing better sooner than later. Def go with the XL if you are already a C and breast-fed. I just had to get my little-booby angry rant out there And make sure to order the foam rings, b/c of the weight of the domes (dont freak out when you get them they are like half 2-liter bottle size) it really pulls on the circular area where the dome attaches and will give you ring marks. I've noogled pretty hard and had some issues with marks and indentations but nothing that lasted over a week. You basically just get a hicky :/ it happens if you leave the NB on too long with too much pressure. You will know early on if its right for you or not but im 99.99% certain you will love it Ladies who have had kids or lost weight and have a lil extra fat/ skin tissue to work with get great swelling and IMO better results overall. You have all the boobage, NB just helps pump it up ^.^ and for extra cleavage you can take a scark and tie the domes closer together (once their on its only like 1 inch apart, not a huge difference) i experimented with noogling while laying face down with my upper body hanging off the bed, and arms resting on a chair (so basically my boobies where hanging off the bed with NB on). I got AMAZING swelling but really bad ring marks! The gravity helped but i needed to mess around with the pressure i guess :/ anyway HTH, there are so many random tricks and things you will figure out, everyone has their own way. And the best part is you can SNOOOOOOGLE (sleep and noogle). Or at least nap with em on :-) easy! If you take some PM with it you'll have insane results that stuff is like steroids

You
are too funny. You are probably one of the coolest chicks on this site. Always
kind, helpful and funny. Thank you but I typically buy whatever’s on sale. I
actually told my trainer friend about it today and he told me that it was good
to switch up protein brands and mixtures. He said your body will adapt to the
protein just as your body does anything else. I think it’s great that you use
soy protein. I have used it before and really liked it. I will probably go back
to it once my 24lbs is gone…lol that just sounds ridiculous (having 24lbs of
protein powder).
Thank
you again for your kind words in regards to my injury. I started this journey
in March of this year and began squatting a little after, maybe in April. I
started out using between 30-40lbs on a barbell.
Lol
@ your 2-liter bottle comment, and I really appreciate all of your tips! And I love your term “snoogle”. I will certainly
be doing that.
I am skeptical about trying PM just for the
simple fact that herbs, as you know, have not been beneficial for me. I do know
that PM is one of the most powerful ones so maybe that is what I need. I just don’t
want anything throwing off my hormone levels and derailing any of my lifting.
Oh
and I also asked my trainer friend about becoming a PT (not for personal
reasons, but I know you said that was a goal of yours) and he said you have to
be recertified every 6 months. He also told me it was $600 a pop. Holy hell… I
wish you the best!

Wow that is a lot of progress in weight training since April, congrats <3 you must be naturally good at it :)
And i know PM is scary :( but it realllllly does work. My boobs dont respond to much besides NB and PM. Other stuff gives me swelling, but those 2 things account for all my growth from an A to C (and it seems to be a common combo among other ladies). But heres the thing, i took one bottle of PM as recommended and it started working within the first week, it continued to give me a lot of swelling through the 2 months i used it and the only reason i stopped is you cant use any soy or other phytoestrogens with it :/ its a lot tougher than you think, everything has soy in it!! Ok well thats my 2 cents :-) i would recommend it to anyone who fits the criteria (no history of breast/ reproductive system cancers, blood clots, heart disease) and it really DOES work which is part of the reason why i tried it and stopped so i can use it later when my body is more detoxed and can adjust my diet better (ok sorry to talk about my experience so much, just want you to hear the real truth about it). There is a lot of debate about when you hit a plateau, but i think every 3 months you should cleanse. And the very first 3 months are probably going to give you the most growth so research, research, research to make sure youre fitting all the diet criteria.
*cliffnotes for PM*
•no soy •no other estrogens •take a progesterone supplement or rub Progesterone cream on you 2x a day, 14 days before your period to keep estrogen receptors open •get extra calcium in your diet •collagen will probably help to •you can take it with Maca and it may increase your results !!!!!!! i found a thread on breastnexus.com confirming it >.< yaaaaay
Ok and i can get into more detail but that is the basics. and you know im always here if you need more rambling advice >.<
Omg and about the PT thing :0 he probably has a special certificate to train injured/ disabled/ eldery/ youth/ group etc. Thats the only reason why i would think you would need to recertify so much and even then damn :( most of the schools ive seen say you need to retake the test for like $60-$200 every 2 years. But that is just for basic PT, im starting small :p technically you dont even need to be a CPT to train people its just for insurance purposes. America rocks !

And im dropping out of the 45" challenge booooooo. Going to finish my weight loss journey and get down to a pretty low body fat % so i can be a good personal trainer and hopefully have flat abs once and for all :-) it was fun being thiq this summer. Still feels like an accomplishment even if i didnt go all out. Learned so many valuable things in this forum thanks to everyone sharing their experiences

Well...I couldn't be further from my goal at this point. I'm finally really building muscle now that I have a gym membership, but I'm fluctuating between 39" and 40" on the day-to-day...don't know how that's even possible, or why it won't stay around 40". >:(
I've been on and off sick, so I haven't really been to the gym much. FINALLY feeling better, so I'm gonna try to go at least 3 times this week to workout my butt. I've yet to do barbell squats because my friend doesn't want us squatting around a bunch of beefy guys LOL So I guess we'll do that on a day where we can go in after midnight. Still, the other butt machines are helping us a little, and my butt IS getting firmer at least.
Somehow my butt still doesn't get as sore as it used to after a workout, even when we just worked out here at my house with 10lb weights and 2lb ankle weights. Wtf?? Maybe I should be trying maca again once I can afford it after the holidays, that stuff always made my butt sore the first week of taking it, not even working out!
I stiiiiilllll hope to be a steady 40" by the New Year, and a steady 25" waist or less. ;) We'll see how this goes...Hopefully while I'm trying to lose fat from my midsection I don't end up losing it from my donk! D:
