Don’t feel responsible for anything. Everyone on here is
responsible for what they put in their bodies and I would have tried ANYTHING
to enhance my results. I valued (and still do) your knowledge so I appreciate
the information you did share with me.
So I gave herbs my
all and it didn’t work out. Maybe I needed to eat more, maybe I needed to up my
dose. Nonetheless, I was tired of wasting $.
All of my gains are from lifting so I rolling with that
100%. Maybe when I hit some more goals, I will give maca the run around again
but never anything else.
All of my knowledge comes from bodybuilding.com, GNC or
L.O.s site. I am a private member there so I see some of her protected posts that
have additional info. The manager at my
GNC store is a Bio Chemist and I call him all the time at the store anytime I
have questions. He is awesome. I also sometimes talk to the trainers at my gym
and ask their opinions.
I don’t think that the sp did anything for my stomach.
The only thing sp did for me was grow my boobs an inch in a month, which is now
gone. Which is why I felt confused about
why herbs did work for me in that way. I contribute my waist shrinking to heavy
lifting (raising my metabolism), clean diet, and CLA.
Sprinting uphill and any interval training is amazing for
cardio, and that’s what I am going to implement into my routine more now that I
won’t be squatting, etc. I will have to
do it on a treadmill or stair master in the gym because I live in Illinois and
it is cold now. I was running bleachers at one of the high schools which is
also really good if you can’t find a hill.
