ok its been almost 3 weeks into my new plan and its going really great as expected :) because its so dang simple and easy.
im measuring just a little above 41.5 inches on my hips so anyday now its gonna be at 42. The hardest part so far has been eating consistently. One of my clients said i look thinner but i've actually gained 10 lbs so perhaps im really just gaining a lot of muscle. As planned, i lifted heavy 2-3x a week, but every 3rd week im going to drop all weights and focus on low resistance/ higher reps to create more bloodflow to the muscles. In both cases im going to use the Train To Fail method :)
Im taking....
around 4-8g of maca a day

50-100g soy protein powder
multivitamin
300mcg biotin
100 mg niacin once a week
650 mg hops at night for breast growth
progesterone cream at night last 14 days of my cycle for breast growth and balance hormones
If saw palmetto goes on sale i'll prolly snatch some of that up too >:)
general diet/ exercise guidelines
-cut out any excess sugar/ candy/ soda
-one or two protein shakes a day if i dont have time to cook
-homecooked dinner,chicken, porkchops

-a fukton of homemade egg,ham, and cheese burritos
-cardio everyday
-dance everyday
-stretch as often as i can
-stomach vacuums
-go hard on Butt/ Leg day
