I have been supplements/ herb free for a month. Probaby going to stay like this until christmas time. It's a nice break and i know my body needs it (havent done a cleanse ever Dead). Now that my hormones are in waaaaay better balance it feels like my body is still filling out on its own sooooo im just gonna gowith my instinct and see how things go Smile
So around 2013 i'm going to start back up on herbs but until then this is my plan
-eat healthy (need to get blood sugar/ upper GI issues stabilized i feel like im dying all the time)
-cut back drastically on sugar
-start taking b-12, omega 3, something for circulation
-heavy cardio and weight train booty 2x a week (not on same days)
-light cardio 5-7x a week and tryto do more yoga, flexibility stuff
-focus on abs as always Embarrassed
-random zumba/ hip hop cardio/ ballet/ belly dancing/ shuffling everyday b/c dancing is awesome
the purpose of all this is to cut down on all the intense cardio i've been doing,but still keep myself really active. Im burning waaaaaay too many calories between my job and exercise so i need to find a new perspective on all this if i ever want to get a bigger butt. And it's basically been a year since starting my booty journey, it's gone much much much much betterthan expected so im sort of giving myself a break with all that too. Update: i didnt realize almost cutting out on sugar and soda would make my stomach so flat :0 its like i never want to eat chocolate again now, having a smaller tummy with my same butt is awesome

No wonder I've always been so thin, I hate sweet things! I'm just nervous about the little bit I do consume now (I can't drink coffee black, and I get more snack cravings now even though it's not really my cup of tea...I don't understand it...)

Although I must say, once you DO manage to cut out sweets, it's a lot easier to turn your head at them.

I never really have bloating so praise the gods if its burning actual fat. I think i'm just responding so well because im reversing 22 years of chocolate/ sugar addiction. Yeah..... my grandma loved to tell me this story about how before i could even walk i would crawl away and sneak candies and food Dead

This is just crazy to me b/c im actually gaining weight (very slowly and with only healthy foods) and literally none of it has gone to my upper body. I've gained 10 lbs over like 3 months, and thanks to ab exercises and very low sugar its even flatter than before. I think its a combo of the exercises/ stomach vacuums pulling my tummy in, and maybe the low sugar is shrinking my abdominal fat cells? I'm experimenting with diffferent kinds of food and exercise to help me gain weight while keeping my stomach small, its quite a learning experience but worth the effort so farPinch
 
I kind of do like 3-5 days of heavy eating, get distracted with work and go the next 3-5 days on like 800 calories/ day so maybe the inconsistent calorie intake is causing the weight to distribute better.
 
Bottom Line: im glad i read all that stuff about androgens and sugar ._. i hate you for not liking sweet things *ignites flamethrower in NattyDoll's general direction*

ok its been almost 3 weeks into my new plan and its going really great as expected :) because its so dang simple and easy.

im measuring just a little above 41.5 inches on my hips so anyday now its gonna be at 42. The hardest part so far has been eating consistently. One of my clients said i look thinner but i've actually gained 10 lbs so perhaps im really just gaining a lot of muscle. As planned, i lifted heavy 2-3x a week, but every 3rd week im going to drop all weights and focus on low resistance/ higher reps to create more bloodflow to the muscles. In both cases im going to use the Train To Fail method :)
 
Im taking....
around 4-8g of maca a day Cool
50-100g soy protein powder
multivitamin
300mcg biotin
100 mg niacin once a week
650 mg hops at night for breast growth
progesterone cream at night last 14 days of my cycle for breast growth and balance hormones
If saw palmetto goes on sale i'll prolly snatch some of that up too >:)
 
general diet/ exercise guidelines
-cut out any excess sugar/ candy/ soda
-one or two protein shakes a day if i dont have time to cook
-homecooked dinner,chicken, porkchops Sleepy
-a fukton of homemade egg,ham, and cheese burritos
-cardio everyday
-dance everyday
-stretch as often as i can
-stomach vacuums
-go hard on Butt/ Leg day
