I dont think all those pills, herbs, supplements, rubs and whatnot are necessarily useful for the average booty enthusiast..I believe diet and excercise is they key and that everybody is not genetically built to have a wagon. If you have to take pills for the rest of your life to have cake, why do it? People showing results over 4 years(from age 16-20) when realistically most womens bodies change as they age and mature naturally. Just a topic for discussion..No hate or shade in anyones direction

yep i totally agree with what you are saying and for some new ppl, i tell them to just stick with diet and exercise. If you are healthy, have been healthy, and no hormone imbalances then natural is %100 your best bet. I kind of wish we discussed hormone issues more, i had them before taking herbs (night sweats, mood problems, midsection bloating and fat, tiredness, etc) and thankfully they are gone and have been for a year :-) lol but my system and hormones were Jacked Up from eating disorders, drug use in my early teens, and other factors im probably not aware of. Hopefully this isnt the case for everyone, but for me the herbs were a lifesaver !
I think it should def be addressed more that you should use these herbs as a way to fix hormones rather than try to induce some estrogen dominance in your body in an effort to grow curves. Its also vitally important that women dont take herbs until they are done maturing which could be 18, 20 or older, messing with your hormones while your body is still developing can ACTUALLY stall and inhibit boob/ butt growth. IMO, Im 22 and stopped my herbs now that everythings balanced, it feels like my body is taking over and filling out the curves on its own :) one can only hope haha
but for your average, perfectly healthy and balanced woman i think messing wit your hormones is just going to be a headache, huge risk, and money down the drain.
* maca is kinda exempt from this though, i realllllly like that herb for its general health benefits and its purpose is to balance hormones. It would probably be safe for anyone who is over 18*

I guess the best wayi can explain myself, is i initially took things like SP and maca to balance my hormones and get rid of the flippin night sweats, over time i got my diet better, was already exercising, so all that plus the effect of herbs gave my body a great environment to grow curves. First thing it did was take like 5 inches off my stomach, back, love handles, and then i started gaining in my lower half and now finally the boobies are growing in (i have been an A cup up until last year saddddd sad story lol)
from what im hoping, this is a sign that im doing somethin right >.< and i have been off SP 1 year and off maca for at least 4 months. So far the results have stayed i think because i have been keeping my diet good.
Im reading soooooo much stuff about how sugar directly screws with your hormones and contributes to only upper body fat. Yeh F that >:(

Babygurl good answer, Im glad you've been so successful figuring out what works for you.. and IA sugar is the devil..buts it so Delicious..lol, I think I'm shooting for 45 since Im already over 40 and hoping to achieve my goals through WT and a strict diet (i just really like to eat)

@Yumyum that's a really good point 
Part of the reason I never ended up trying any herbs or pills. I've been transitioning between jobs the last few months and I'd hate to start on something and then not be able to afford it the next month. Then what happens, my booty disappears? 
Props to the ladies who are willing to commit for those results though!

smh i have 48' hips (35 inch waist). im doing julians michaels 30 day shred i hope my waist goes down 5 sizes and my hips stay at like 45 44.
