   I forgot the meal plans but between that the squeem and 3 days a week at the gym, something is working because my thighs and butt can hardly fit into my scrubs anymore.  I was reading what i wrote before, I really need to write ish down before posting.  The primary  meat in my diet is baked Chicken. I do not eat Fried food.  I throw some type of fish; typically Talapia or Salmon in every 2 to 3 days because chicken gets irksome after alot of repitition and I eat a lean cut of Steak maybe twice a month. Steak is the only red meat in my diet and The only Pork I consume is the occasional slice of bacon.  For some reason, I just CANT give up Pork bacon even though i truely believe eating pig is similar to eating SH*T.  Its just that no other form of bacon (turkey,beef,soy) can compare. 
I could post some new body pics but there's not really a noticeable difference.  I'm thinking about ordering some weights from Amazon so I can weight train the other 2 weekdays at home.  I went over to the weight section at the gym and felt completely awkward in the middle of these husky, stankin, sweaty dudes..So unattractive and I was not about to be bending over, grunting and whatnot around these clowns.  I have no idea where to start with that..enuff for now.
