Personally I believe this to be true....one does get wiser as the age ( usually )

Oh definitely, regarding the bold. With support and intervention people with any sort of developmental issue can succeed.

I'm just worried that when you've already slowed or incapacitated your brain development and then add a bad education, bad parenting, and whatever else...it's a recipe for disaster.

it all starts at home (kids) but you have to start with the adults in said home and if they aren't willing to change I'm not sure what you can do

whole communities need to get fired up, want change and expect more from their neighbors and believe in themselves
