babygurl....please give any tips that u can...
momento...great results
to all....u can email me at missl4467@hotmail.com if u want. I am starting today to make the change...I pre mad my meals for the most part so I dont have to cook and weight and be impatient and then reach for something fattening. My "Lose it " app tells me that I have 1403 cals I can have a day. For breakfast I ate pretty well...turkey bacon, 2 eggs---no salt/ cheese, a orange, green tea with 2 tspns of organic sugar.and that was a little over 300cals and I never would have thought that...the eggs were 204 together. so I am drinking water. I need to find an app that tells me how much more water I have to drink and reminds me for my phone I am going to start Slim in 6 tonight again this is the easy workout because its at the start so I am ready to get started.

I might even go pop my son's headphones on later n while the baby is slp go run. its cold as s outside but when I had my 1st son I got big too after and the way I lost the weight 8 months later was running and lowering my carbs. I did no other workout but run and walk and in 3-4 weeks I lost 20lbs...oh I did stomach excercises as well.

I don't weigh 210 pounds. I don't know my exact weight because it's been months since my last weigh-in. I doubt that I weigh more than 145 - 150 pounds. However, I believe that I'm too big for my 5'2" frame. I say this because I have an unflattering shape. My thighs rub together and it's gotten uncomfortable for me to walk in short pants. God forbid I decide to walk around my room nude. It's not painful, but extremely uncomfortable. I also look funny in clothes. I always thought my weight was deceiving; I was a lot heavier than I looked. Now, I believe I look just as heavy as I am. I look hefty in clothes - and not a cute, chubby either. I'm not trying to bash myself. However, I'm coming to a point where something has to change. I used to post in the section with the hope of obtaining a thick, video vixen-esque body. Now, I just want to be healthy. (Not to say that it's not healthy, but for me it's neither healthy nor attainable). I'm also an emotional eater. I'm aware of this. However, it's not something I can stop. For instance, minutes ago I pigged out on lemon wafer cookies and the Peeps Easter candies. I know that it's not healthy, but I couldn't stop myself. I'm stressed out - and every time I closed the box or put the candy aware, I felt the stress coming back. Eating is soothing when I'm stressed. When I eat, I don't think about everything I have to do or how anxious I am. I hope that I can join you ladies on your journey. I'm definitely going to need someone to keep me in check with my eating habits.

Dollish don't feel bad. Is there any way you could make some cheap foods
healthier? LIke for cookies maybe you could try some of those 100
calories ones or something? I know it is hard. I am not liking my
weight. But it won't change it unless I change it....

No, because I have severe food allergies. I can only eat a handful of snacks, but I always over-eat. I could try putting my foods into little baggies, but at the end of the day there's nothing stopping me from eating 10 bags in one day.The only alternative would be to stop buying the snacks. I've tried to go cold turkey and the moment I taste one piece I start to binge eat.

Hey purpleshoes, i'll be sharing advice soon my work schedule has just been crazy and no time to sit at the computer (i write epic long posts when it comes to weightloss). Girl dont be so down on yourself!!!!! Did you know that your waist measurement will fluctuate more than anything else? For real, that gain is mostly bloating, water weight, salt retention etc. And either way, fat on your tummy is the easiest to lose, especially if its soft fat (like what us women have!). Your body wants to get rid of it and hang on to that leg/ hip/ breast fat for reproductive purposes. Just make sure to drink a lot of water, and get your heart rate up while exercising. Push yourself. Pick up fruits and veggies that you love. Try almond and soy milk instead of dairy.
I'll be back with lots of help and support!!!!!!!!! Wish i remembered were some of my old posts on weightloss are :{

I need to look into myfitnesspal. Also some great tips in here. I'm also an emotional eater. I don't eat a lot but, when I do eat the portion size is too big or if I need something quick and cheap it's unhealthy.
Right now my focus is increasing my water intake...needed. I guess the say half your body weight but that's a lot...so ill strive for 64oz first.
