I need to lose 10lbs by next month.

My down fall has been fast food. I don't buy unhealthy food from the grocery store but I'll get a large fry on the way home from work.

So, 4 weeks no fast food.

Already running and lifting. Making gains in both.

Goal is for my lightest arm day dumbbell weight to be 30lbs.
That's gonna be hard for lateral raises. Only at 15lbs right now.
Already using 20 and 25 for most of the others.

I've started to enjoy running again. My cardiovascular health is poop. A 10min/mi. Pace is a struggle for me. 88 degree weather isn't helping.

That yoga yesterday fucced up my hips. I don't even do much. Just lay flat, lightly pull knees into my chest. It felt easy but my hip is hurting today. Everytime I lift up my leg from the hips it hurts.

My sis got me a Fitbit. I connected it to my Weight Watchers account, so I can figure out what's going on. I've hit a plateau and I'm not sure why. I haven't been weighing my food diligently though and I need to adhere to the plan better.
