I know people will say it's another fitness thread and it is...so what? I think these threads can motivate people beyond any superficial goal. We need them year round for consistency in our healthier lifestyles.

So post goals (if you have any), workouts, questions, advice, motivational gifs/memes, challenges, etc...this thread is whatever you want it to be...no f-cks given...as long as it isn't discouraging lol

My first & last fitness goal: 
From now on (as in the rest of my life, god willing lol) im doing "30 minutes or 3 miles" for a minimum of 3 times a week...i obviously work out for longer periods and more days in a given week, but i think this is a reasonable & sustainable life-long goal to keep me active...so walk, run, bike, swim, weightlift, stairmaster, yoga, row, whatever for 30 minutes or 3 miles...whichever makes sense for the exercise...

Ok please participate...im starting the thread but i can't hold it down alone :(

most of my workouts are usually 30 minutes, at most 50, i just don't have the time & patience to do things for too long

Workouts this week:
Monday:


Tuesday:
3 mile run this morning...despise getting up when it's cold and dark
yoga right after

Wednesday:


Thursday:


Friday:


Saturday: Day Off

Sunday: probably 3 mile run or jump rope 30-40 minutes or day off idk

take yoga again, hopefully once a week, but at least twice monthly
swim once or twice a week
achieve measurements 32D - 22 - 40
thicker thighs
jog at the beach during Summer
find a way to get rid of those hip dents that ruin my curvy figureCry

I'm starting t25 today (now I have to since I wrote it lol)
Continuing to eat healthy. My workouts are what's been slacking
I also want to start yoga in the new year

Great Thread!!!

I lost 20 pounds this year.  I gained the weight from law school and while studying for the bar.
Went down 3 pants sizes. From size 12/14 to size 8.

Couldn't run a mile when I started now the longest I have run is slightly over 6. Couldn't do 5 pushups at a time, now I can do over 30.

Next Year:
Another 20 pounds.

And maintaining with T25 and yoga
