I haven't gone swimming in 2 weeks, but once finals are over I'll be back to it, but I also need to find a better swimsuit.
Corsetting is helping my waist be defined and my abs look flatter. I worked out lifting heavy for 2 weeks and this week I am going to life lightly and do high reps. If I gain 2" doing this like it was suggested on this post I will be freaking happy, because I've never gained that fast.

I guess we all should post our accomplishments before the year is over... and maybe create a 2015 fitness thread?!

on the 31st or 1st
that will give people time to work off the weight gained on xmas dinner before everyone posts their measurements and accomplishments for this year

i worked out 10xs last week.
today is my day off
i hope to do 10 workouts a week until the new year.

Femme, you can start it whenever.  The first couple pages of this thread are just chatting anyway.  Are a lot of people doing that challenge?

i am so hungry alllllll the time from these 2 a days
lost 4 pounds last week though--hope to keep up the same pace this week.
still ain't do nan one of those yoga videos you post Femme smdh

today is so nice I felt like I should go running....but I'm not gonna. 
maybe tomorrow

That was me all of last week. I even got dressed a couple times, smh. But then dusk hits SO early then the temps drop then I say nawwww I'll go to tomorrow....

Even though my workouts have slacked off, keeping my diets in check has helped me trim up a following Thanksgiving-gate where I ate everything in sight.

I'm also thinking about getting some adjustable weights too. I just don't like how some of them aren't "balanced", if that makes sense.
