I went to the gym today but only worked out a little because I got there late. Squats with weights, 10 reps of butt bridges with a 35lbs plate, holding each set up for 5 seconds, leg press, leg extension, another leg exercise that I don't recall the name, ab machine and back.
I am putting some weight and I am finally getting back to 37" booty. I bought a stell boned corset today and will start waist training as soon as it arrives.
I need to find my first post in this thread to see how far or close I am to the goals I set when I joined this challenge.

I'm gonna start walking again every morning and incorporate more weight training.
I'm gaining more weight in my upper body than before. I'm a different shape now. Not sure if it is age or metabolism

Okay people, tomorrow I'm supposed to run 11 miles.....I am so scared after last weeks' long run.... but I'm hydrated and prepared. Twelve days until the BGR Atlanta 15k and one month until my first official half-marathon!

OMG this made my soul shutter  Lilaca, I'll be following your posts to see if that really happens.  .. not to be negative, but it seems you don't weigh enough to lose damn near 40 pounds in 2 months. Good luck though

Ran 11.07 miles in 2:26:03 for a pace of 13.11/mile. I didn't boo boo on myself either  There's a beautiful lake I ran around. Each time around is 2.6 miles. I think I'll be doing my long runs there from now on.
My problem is my diet allllllll day smh And I can put away a bottle of wine in one sitting without even being hung over. I'm going to juice the rest of the day and try not to buy any alcohol for a while. We'll see. I don't want to completely give it up because I quite enjoy it but I know that's why my weight loss has plateaued

I found my first post in this thread - I did not post any goals, just that I was joining.
Anyways, today I ran almost 2 miles at the beach. I want to do some donkey kicks later wearing my ankle weights.

I ran at the beach again today and.... I plan in not running for a while because it is counterproductive since I am trying to gain weight
