i haven't been working out at all but i'm losing weight consistently. i know i should incorporate strength training at the very least buttttttt i don't want to make the time

i figure if i get 40 pounds down by december, i can still get a trainer in jan and lean out. i absolutely do not want to look smaller but flabby

it's stiff and turning purple...im not a doctor but im sure my toe shouldnt curve that way lol

im just now going to the doctor, i wanted to work out Embarrassed on one leg lol

Not too long ago I made a post like this in this thread, lol. I stubbed my pinky toe HARD and I'm pretty sure I broke it. That ish hurts more than I ever imagined a toe could.

Jacked up my running plan but I adapted and I did exercises that didn't require my toe. If your gym has a bicycle that's great for cardio. Chair dips, knee push ups/one legged push ups, floor based ab work, butt bridges, reverse planks, depending on your level of pain you can do squats while making absolutely sure you're driving through the knee, the same for lunge pulses.

Good luck and feel better soon! It may sound crazy given my advice above but, staying off of it is your best bet LOL. Any time you're not exercising just saddown somewhere, you'll heal quicker.

I hope you feel better soon!

it's going to be hard...exercise is my stress relief lol

fortunately my dad's podiatrist fit me in and informed me i fractured my toe, but it just needed some realignment

he literally yanked my toe into alignment, i wanted to cry but i wasn't doing that in front of my dad

just ibuprofen and rest as of right now

you all have fun being fit Cry
