my tummy had definitely gone down since starting. and i have been eating right soo I'm assuming its muscle! **i hope**

I'll be on vacation for the next week and a half. i brought my computer with me but i don't have much space to do my insanity. I'm on the recovery week so hopefully my results aren't hindered. everyday i have been going across the street to the track and running 2-3 miles or i will walk to the beach (its at least 2 miles away) walk down the board walk and then go home. I'm just trying to stay active and not feel like a lump on a logggggg


I'm sure it's muscle. If you're tummy has gone down, that's a sure sign that things are working! Have a good vacation!

leg exercises never bother me

but ask a bitch to do push up jacks...lawd...my arms are way too toned to not be able to do a sh*t ton of push ups

anyway jolie! did you do the fitness test today? any improvements? i think i improved with every exercise

i may post it once i find the paper

didn't lose weight last week
but did try on this shirt and it no longer gaps when i button it

Worst experience ever today, runner's diarrhea. Apparently it's well documented but I had no idea. Ten mile run though my body said to stop at 8..... anyway WTF Home now and staying close to the bathroom
