Gotta gear myself up mentally for Insanity this afternoon. That workout is like getting a belting for behaving badly.

And I've always heard that every 10 pounds lost is a pants size, but I really think it depends on how & where you store body fat. For me I think it's more every 20-30 pounds

congrats

Congrats Deva!
I've found that I lose more weight with "easier" workouts as well. (I lose inches with harder workouts)

@femmefatale: I'm still in the first week. I skipped 2 days because of technical difficulties with the streaming. But I finally downloaded and I'm getting myself back on track as of today. I have to redo the cardio session that was interrupted last time and it's taking me half the day just to mentally prepare :(

I've also been going to the gym to do some weights 3 times a week. When I go to the gym, I save Insanity for last because I cannot move afterwards!

Muahahahaaa!!! Sooo even though your beat to death how do you like the workout so far?! It gets better I promiseeee!!

Do any of yall take any supplements? If so which and why?

You'd better not be giving me false hope, Princess! Shaun looks friendly enough but behind that cool exterior, the man is a sadist! Ouch I'm just one giant ball of ache right now.
I think I'm not eating enough for this workout. I went to bed so hungry last night. I might give the protein powder a try.

Lmaooooo at him being a sadist!!! I guess you havent heard him say his famous line "im not trying to hurt you just trying to make you better!" Yet!!!

I completely feel your pain buuuuuut its totally worth it!! For me so far im not losing weight BUT I can see the huuuuge difference in the tone of my muscles and I can almost see some abs breaking through!! And it has definitely helped me improve on being able to do cardio for longer periods of time without completely dyinggggg!!

Interesting theory ConcreteRose.  What is an easier workout for you?  I have gone hard every day this week. My ass is tired.  Did 20.5 miles at spin today.  Spin and sculpt tomorrow morning. I haven't taken any days off this week.  I might take a day off next week.

Congrats Deva!!ClapClapClapClapClapClapClapClapClapClapClapClapClapClapClapClapClapClapClapClapClapClapClapClapClap [one clap for every pound!]

Good luck Jolie!! Keep at it.

I am so f.cuking hungry right now. But I truly can't eat but I want to Jesus.Cry
