25 pounds down. I'm getting serious again on Monday. I've realized that scaling my calories back is easier for me to maintain than eating what I'm technically supposed to. I'm just going to run everyday and not do intense workouts like I used to.

And I've always heard that every 10 pounds lost is a pants size, but I really think it depends on how & where you store body fat. For me I think it's more every 20-30 pounds

I've found that I lose more weight with "easier" workouts as well. (I lose inches with harder workouts)

im not sure what week you're on, but if you're on the first or second week, today won't be so bad after pure cardio

that was by far the worst lol...i just did day 6 of week 1

i do 20 minutes yoga after these workouts, they really make me so tight

@femmefatale: I'm still in the first week. I skipped 2 days because of technical difficulties with the streaming. But I finally downloaded and I'm getting myself back on track as of today. I have to redo the cardio session that was interrupted last time and it's taking me half the day just to mentally prepare :(


I've also been going to the gym to do some weights 3 times a week. When I go to the gym, I save Insanity for last because I cannot move afterwards!
