So disgusted with myself!  Went to a BBQ today and ate like a full grown man.  I did an hour of cardio this morning with abs and Pilates but I'm positive I ate back all the calories and then some.  I'ma call it a cheat day and KIM.

yea i do about 20 minutes a day...i started a challenge in june and just kept with it...before i'd just do a long session once a week, but i think i improved more with daily short sessions

there's also a lot of free yoga online, myfreeyoga, but my go to is p90x yoga dvd

day 1 of insanity...not trying to lose weight so im really going to have to eat a lot to keep weight on

let's see if i can stick with it, fit test wasn't bad, but i get bored easily

^oh so you use a dvd. ok that makes sense. hmm I am interested in the p90x yoga.  I'd love to stream it on my tv.  I don't own a DVD player.  We stream everything. How do you use it?

eta: my goal is to actually lose 10 pounds this month. I haven't been able to do that throughout this entire process bc I like to eat. My LS's wedding is at the end of the month and it'll be like a mini college reunion. I did fit into a size 6 dress yesterday. woot woot. Single numbers!!!ClapStar

Worked out yesterday, didn't squat, I think I'll squat on Thursday.

Leg extensions, then single leg extensions.
Seated hamstring curls s/s with stiff dumbbell dead lifts,
seated calf raises s/s standing calf raises (unweighted),
Leg press s/s calf presses on the leg press machine.
Then jump lunges, which in need to perfect my form.

Also trying out some gluten free oatmeal ..

Got a 2kg sample for free
