Smaison I remember looking into the Chalean workouts but never pulled the trigger.

I had a nice workout session today. Increase by 5lbs for every set I did of squats - 3rd set was 102lbs. It felt so good! I skipped the abductor/adductor machine today and did the leg extension machine instead. I only go to the gym twice a week, so I also did arms, abs and back. Left feeling pretty good. Just finished eating a small meal packed with protein, and now I need a showerBig smile

Man, what is with my lack of motivation. It's my recovery week, but these recovery week videos are not motivating at all.

ugh forgot my gym shoes at home... i guess i can do squats or yoga for this week. I need have my bags pre-packed for real-- all this rushing in the morning is not it.

I stubbed my pinky toe today something serious and jacked it up forreal. I had planned to go for a run today but this limp is not it. I can put weight on it but not completely. Just on the back of it.

I'm trying to figure out other ways to workout today. Its kind of crazy how many exercises require that pinky, lol

So far I've come up with squats, plie squats and side lunges (all driving through the heel as they SHOULD be anyway), then I'm going to do abs and arm work.

Any other ideas?
