Eating well: I pretty much do salad/protein combos. Most restaurants are able to accommodate this. Its not foolproof but it helps. I try to resist the temptation to indulge. Oh how I love carbs....

Oh and pack snacks. I always travel with a couple apples, some almonds, and one of those collapsible/deflatable water bottles.

Working out: I either do hotel room workouts that are mostly circuits or make sure I have access to a gym. For me its easier to do in the evening than in the morning.

Something like 10 burpees, 10 lunges each leg, 10 pushups, 10 chair dips, 10 squats and a 1 min plank. Repeat all 3 times. The only potentially loud thing is the burpees and you can do them single leg.

My job has me traveling often too and this last trip I went INNNN on the regional cuisine and undid some of my progress. I understand you. Stay strong!

Tay feel better boo! But you can still lose weight if you eat clean.

Update: In February I couldn't fit into a Zara large skirt. Now I am a medium.  Still working out about 6-7 days a week.  Today I did sprints up a hill for 30 minutes and wanted to die. legit I came home confused and sh*t. MrE was like damn babe.

Got a new trainer whose kicking my butt and I love it.
The lines were starting to get blurry with old trainer and I started running the show and he started getting soft on me so it was time to go.

Today I went to the gym and worked out. It felt good!
Maybe I will run at the beach on Sunday.

I finally got to where I wanted my body. I didnt realize it until i looked at pictures from vacation.

I'm now 130 lbs and 5'2, mainly muscle, but i kept my butt, thank god...i need to find an appropriate pic to post...didn't really wear clothes lol


i found that eating less and exercising less worked for me...i just couldnt eat enough to keep up with burning 3000+ calories a week

hope everyone's doing well
