guys how do you go on and workout when you have no motivation?
ive been so tired these past days and i just dont feel like doing anything 

when i see a workout

For me, motivation is limited and not always there. Instead of using motivation to stay on track I follow a pre-made plan. If I have a pre-made plan that lasts a few weeks then I have no problem following it. But If I tell myself, Im just going to run today.. sometimes I do, sometimes I don't.

It's up to you unfoolish. Im doing insanity now, about to start week 3 (it's kicking my butt). There are many pre made plans out there like t25, 5K training, 30 day shred, Starting strength, etc. Choose something you enjoy.

I fell off. I think it's partly due to the fact that I hate the new workout plan that my trainer has devised. It's too strenuous for me and it's making me dizzy. It's killing my motivation.
