That chinese food was definitely not worth it!! Did spin today-- my crotch area was so wet (ugh! i need to buy better bottoms) and had to walk home-- soo embarrassing!

what do you ladies wear for bottoms so it doesn't look like u peed yourself while working out?? (spinning in particular!)

first workout with my trainer was today! I wanna work even harder next time. I never feel like I'm sweating enough!

I've lost like an inch off my waist during the time I lost no weight though, So I'm not too too worried.
What is your exercise/diet routine?

For me, motivation is limited and not always there. Instead of using motivation to stay on track I follow a pre-made plan. If I have a pre-made plan that lasts a few weeks then I have no problem following it. But If I tell myself, Im just going to run today.. sometimes I do, sometimes I don't.

It's up to you unfoolish. Im doing insanity now, about to start week 3 (it's kicking my butt). There are many pre made plans out there like t25, 5K training, 30 day shred, Starting strength, etc. Choose something you enjoy.
