eating clean is so easy after like two weeks. it's second nature now and all i crave occasionally is dark chocolate. i even gave away a dozen krispy kreme donuts Shocked

ok so i ate two, but that's a huge change since i would usually eat at least 6.

anyway, i'm about to start eating paleo and see how that effects my body.

25 minute interval training on the treadmill done. tomorrow, back to turbo fire :/

i've been traveling a lot and working out less, but ive found this has worked out better for me

brought my jump rope to every damn hotel and worked out 30 minutes max 3-4 days a week

think this will be what i do now...don't have time
and prefer to eat less now

hope everyone's workouts
are going well

That chinese food was definitely not worth it!! Did spin today-- my crotch area was so wet (ugh! i need to buy better bottoms) and had to walk home-- soo embarrassing!

what do you ladies wear for bottoms so it doesn't look like u peed yourself while working out?? (spinning in particular!)

first workout with my trainer was today! I wanna work even harder next time. I never feel like I'm sweating enough!
