why is it that as soon as i go on a diet, BAM we have good food in the houseLOLLOL
We dont ever be having any food, but as soon as i go on a diet
Monday- Banging azz BBQ wings
Tuesday- Dominoes pizza
Wednesday- Applebees (we rarely go out to eat, last time was in January)
Friday- Grill with bbq chicken,corn,ribs, hot dogs, hamburgers, and mad alcohol.

Just finished a 1,000 calorie workout - 88 min. abs, HIIT Cardio, Strength training, & Stretching by Fitness Blender.....


Completed the entire thing.....clothes are DRENCHED! Almost died, but I love it!! DeadLOLLOL

checked my measurements and absolutely no change. wtf? am i doing too much hiit? maybe i should slow it down to 3 times a week with jogging and weight lifting.

eating clean is so easy after like two weeks. it's second nature now and all i crave occasionally is dark chocolate. i even gave away a dozen krispy kreme donuts Shocked

ok so i ate two, but that's a huge change since i would usually eat at least 6.

anyway, i'm about to start eating paleo and see how that effects my body.

25 minute interval training on the treadmill done. tomorrow, back to turbo fire :/

i've been traveling a lot and working out less, but ive found this has worked out better for me

brought my jump rope to every damn hotel and worked out 30 minutes max 3-4 days a week

think this will be what i do now...don't have time
and prefer to eat less now

hope everyone's workouts
are going well
