I did an NTC workout tonight. I love that 2nd wave of energy that hits halfway through.

I am about to ramp up to 2 a days sometime soon. I'm tryna be sessy on the beach later this month.

Oh and even with higher body fat ab excercises can still make a difference by helping that layer of fat lay better, if that makes sense, lol. It pulls it all in a little. That plus good posture can make you look like you have a flat stomach until you sit down LOL

I really pigged out these past 2 days.

I did continue to workout.
Today I worked out with my SO - terrible! He could barely do push ups. This man had to lay down for 30 minutes before hitting the shower. I had to help him up and to the shower :( .
We both gained a lot of weight during my pregnant. ( I gained 40lbs He gained 27lbs) but Damn you would think he had the baby 2 months ago lol.

Im noticing an increase in my stamina ..... I'm glad that I'm almost back to my pre pregnancy weight. :)

^^ Miss unfoolish. Diet is 80% of weight loss for me. When I started losing, I didn't work out much at all and dropped some weight. Although, exercise makes it faster.

Cardio Power & Resistance? I'm doing Insanity as well. I started on a Tuesday so its my Cardio Recovery Day. Its a challenge, but nothing beats the endorphin high.

I don't feel like going to yoga today and I don't think I will.


I have lost almost 2 pounds this week but it's the same weight i've been gaining and loosing for the past month.  Hope I enter next week seeing new numbers.


This week I have worked out every day.


SUN: spin and sculpt

MON: BOOT CAMP

TUE: BOOT CAMP

WED: SPIN

THUR: BOOT CAMP

FRIDAY: OFF

SATURDAY: 2 mile jog and then boot camp
