Yeah at GNC, but the old formula that I have was taken off the shelves. I heard the new formula is trash.

I watched a few, not just one. You just have to search around and practice. I found it was easier for me to use the end of the bed to push off of.

I'm in search of light to moderate cardio exercise videos. I tried some HIIT. LORD I almost died. I can barely do yoga. I am truly starting from scratch.

So I'm starting a personal challenge. 21 days of Cardio, each day I try to do 30 minutes of cardio.
(The intensity will vary of course.) I feel so blubber-y. I just want to shed this baby fat
I'm usually 148-150lbs. I'm currently 162.
