So I'm starting a personal challenge. 21 days of Cardio, each day I try to do 30 minutes of cardio.
(The intensity will vary of course.) I feel so blubber-y. I just want to shed this baby fat
I'm usually 148-150lbs. I'm currently 162.

I started the 30 day shred today. It was tough, however, Im a lot more 'fit' than I thought.

I really enjoyed it btw. I didn't think I would, I might swich to insanity soon though.
I missed my run today so I'll run tomorrow even though its an off day. This seems like a good addition to my running.

day 4 of turbo fire done. omg im exhausted. fire 55 ez class is no joke.

i printed out the class schedule and posted it by my full length mirror. i'm tired of starting over. i promised myself this year I would stick to whatever workouts i was doing and finally lose all the weight.
