oh yeah that and the fact that my house is 80+ degrees :/

Did 6 miles this morning. Longest I've ever done! I feel good. My reluctance to do my longs runs is almost all in my head. It's not that I can't physically do it, there's just some type of mental thing going on there that discourages me.

I obviously need help. Im the same weight for 2 weeks in a row. I ate no more than 1200 during the weekdays and 1600 during the weekends. I also ran 18 miles this week and did 5 body weight workouts. ( I guess I'm gaining muscle? But I still should be losing) This is just frustrating.

Maybe I should start eating my workout calories back.
I could also be retaining water because the up in bodyweight workouts. IDK.

Too low calories imo

Your metabolism is probably sluggy..

Your going to have to kick it up a notch or two
