Does anyone here to yoga...im thinking about taking it increase my range of motion for strength training...and i want to work on my balance.

I'm setting out for a long run.  At least 5 but no more than 10 depending on where these trails take me.  I got this super cute jog skirt.  Running shorts cut me in the bum and have this funny poof in the front.  What is supposed to go there?  These are women's running shorts!  Anywho the skirt has spandex shorts underneath, is comfortable I don't have to constantly pull it down.  

ETA my run was hell Cry 7.56 miles of a new route that was all hills .  Great lower body workout though.
